This is the main reason why the U.S Department of State created the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program. The purpose of this program is to provide overseas visitors with the opportunity to live and work in the USA while fostering curiosity, respect and understanding between Americans and people from all around the world.

J1 Visa Work and Travel Student Program: a life-time experience of working for an American company during your summer holiday
Career Training Program: once in a lifetime experience to gain valuable and career training experience with an American organization that acts in your specific filed of interest
H2B Program: get a cool paid job in the USA! Available to both students and non-students, the H2B Program offers you the opportunity to work in the United States for a maximum of ten months.
