We will interview and document each of your international employees. Further more, to ensure better understanding, your company can get directly involved in the recruitment process by presenting us your special requests: i.e. video interviews, resumes, letter of recommendation, photos etc. which will result in more effective communication and candidate suitability.

Employ skilled staff for reasonable wages. Due to much higher pay levels in the US compared to those in Eastern Europe, our workers are well motivated and committed to their jobs. They are good English speakers and have a positive attitude.

Our service is free for the US employer. You chose who to hire and we do the rest (medical insurance, visa documents, flight arrangements, housing, SSN etc.)

Your staff arrives exactly when you need them, ahead of your busy season. At the end of the season, your seasonal workers return home with no further expectations.

All immigration proceedings are arranged and dealt with by Smart Staff, and paperwork for the employer is kept to a minimum.

We are also in charge of the worker's travel arrangements, temporary accommodation and applying for their SSN.

A representative from our company will be available for contact during the workers application process and during the entire length of the program.

 • Full-season coverage

International university students have longer breaks than US students, allowing participants to work longer. By overlapping staff arrival dates, employers can ensure full-season coverage. Participants are available when you need them; start dates and end dates are flexible.

You will save in administrative costs: all participants come with full coverage health insurance. All participants on J-1 visas are also exempt from Social Security (FICA), Medicare and Federal Unemployment Tax (FUTA). Save valuable time and money in the recruitment process.

Depending on your staffing needs, we offer an all-expenses paid trip so you can meet candidates before they arrive at your work site. Recruitment and Job Fairs include airfare, four-star accommodations, all meals, cultural dinners, and sight-seeing excursions in the different cities visited. This is a chance for you to combine the recruitment process with the joy of meeting a new culture.
